Description

Fashioned from one piece of high-carbon stainless steel, the tines of the Wusthof Classic Ikon Straight Meat fork have thick, tapered angles that provide a secure, yet highly sharp pierce. The tips are precision-sharpened to prevent any tearing of the meat. Equipped with a sturdy, long handle, this fork is designed for safety while carving roasts of any size and can also be used to move the meat from the pan.

The Wusthof meat forks are laser tested to ensure each hand-honed cutting edge is 30% sharper and better at maintaining blade precision than most knives or meat forks. The weighted, double bolster provides balance and cutting control while creating an impressively elegant appearance. Allowing for easy sharpening of the entire blade, the precision forward bolster also makes it possible to utilize the full tines' length while cutting. A contoured, ergonomically-designed handle complete with a full tang and triple-riveting allows for comfort as well as permanent security. Featuring the classic Wusthof logo, the handle is also made from synthetic, durable polypropylene.
