The Lamson Extra Long Dough Scraper is 4”x6”. Used by bakers, the dough scraper is an essential tool for bread and pastry preparation. The scraper can cut thru larger pieces of dough and scoop the smaller pieces off the cutting board or counter top. The scraper can also be used for crushing and chopping garlic and other herbs.
The blade of the scraper is made from hardened, tempered high-carbon stainless steel. Two brass rivets hold the scraper to the walnut handle. The rounded handle offers a comfortable fit in the baker’s hand. The each natural walnut handle is as unique as the grain patterns of the wood. If the handle should appear dry, wiping with general cooking oil will restore the beauty of the wood.
The wooden handled scraper is not dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended.
