This Lamson 5”x6” Hamburger Turner is manufactured with a bevel edge to get under foods. The sides can be used for scrap and cleaning your flat top or pans. This turner is made from hardened and tempered high-carbon stainless steel. This hamburger turner works great in cast iron pans.
