The Lamson Jumbo Fish and Asparagus Turner is wider than long. The spatula measures 8"x3", the width of the turning surface allows you to get under wide foods when a long spatula won’t work in the pan or grill surface. This is ideal for fish and asparagus, but can also be used for any vegetable like sautéed’ green beans and longer potato slices.
The beveled blade of the spatula is made from hardened, tempered high-carbon stainless steel. Full-tang construction holds the spatula to the handle with nickel silver rivets. The black handle is made from heat resistant POM. The turner is dishwasher safe.
