This Lamson Spatula has a 12” blade. This spatula, also known as a frosting spatula, helps you put the icing on the cake. The flat spatula’s blade extends from the handle with a flat blade that has a slightly rounded tip. A flat surface is a great choice for applying frosting to large, flat areas. This spatula is made from hardened and tempered high-carbon stainless steel. Two brass rivets hold the spatula blade securely in the walnut handle. If you need a smaller spatula, Lamson makes a 6” blade spatula.
The beautiful walnut handle is unique for each blade or turner in the Lamson product line, the natural walnut color variations create a unique handle. The spatula should be hand washed only. To keep the wood handle looking its best when it appears dry, treat with a rub of mineral or vegetable oil.
