Wusthof Classic 6 Curved Boning Knife
. The curved blade of this knife allows you to make longer cuts with a more natural motion and offers greater control. You will be able to remove meat from bone with this knife but you can also cut up fish and poultry.
Properly caring for your Wusthof knife is very important. To keep the edge on your blade for as long as possible, hand wash and dry your knives, and safely store them in a knife guard, on a knife bar, or in a knife block.
