The Wüsthof Poultry 10” Shears are durable and functional with spring-loaded, chrome-plated handles. Easy to clean, these powerful shears can quickly handle preparing chicken, turkey, duck or goose. The blades have a slight curve and are made from tempered, hardened steel.
A safety lock at the end of the handle secures the blades in a closed position for storage in a kitchen drawer.
