The Zest Collection by Wüsthof is a colorful collection of kitchen knives and tools, including the Wüsthof Zest Y-Peeler. Y-Peelers are often the peeler of choice by professional cooks. This peeler has a wide, tilting blade to remove the skin and peel thin slices of fruits and vegetables. The stainless steel blade is positioned horizontally to the handle to make peeling foods quick and with less strain on the wrist. The integrated point on the side of the peeler can be used to remove dark spots on your fruits and vegetables; you don't need an extra knife to remove the eyes of the potato.
The handle is comfortable and can be used by in the right or left hand. A black, green, orange or red handle will spice up your cutlery collection. The overall size is approx. 7"x3"x1".
