The Wüsthof Gourmet 7" Offset Deli Knife is precision stamped from one piece of Chrome-Molybdenum-Vanadium steel, into a scalloped, wavy-edged blade that s ideally suited for bread, sandwiches and more. The specialized edge is adept for cutting through thick crusts and tough rinds while avoiding crushing any delicate foods within. The offset handle alleviates any worry about your knuckles hitting the cutting board as you slice.
